Return of goods:
Within 14 calendar days of the declaration of withdrawal, the respective products must be returned, if possible intact and in their original packaging, to the following address:

Refund policy:
Any return accepted by Motozeug [owner Dennis Kranz] will result in a refund of the purchase price of the respective products, excluding standard shipping costs, within 14 days after the quantitative and qualitative inspection of the returned products. Personalized products are excluded from returns.
Please note that your right of return only applies to products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. Please always return products in their original packaging. You should also return all product information, documentation and packaging.
